We love to play a supporting role to other artists in designing and fabricating custom fine art frames. This mid-century remodel envisioned a large painting in the clients’ collection to be the centerpiece of their living space, the heart of the home. We designed a modern frame that would still offer a hint of the material’s natural and industrial by using blackened hot rolled steel. The steel’s texture compliments the lush combination of materials in the home and anchors the two picture windows whose sweeping views blend the exterior feel to the room.
